Do you come to my home? +

Yes — all residential services are available on-site at your home. I serve homeowners throughout Central New Jersey including Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, and surrounding counties. Remote support is also available for software issues that don't require an in-person visit.

How quickly can you come out? +

In most cases I can schedule a visit within 1–3 business days. For urgent issues I'll do my best to accommodate same-day or next-day appointments based on availability. Contact me and we'll find a time that works.

Do I need to buy any equipment beforehand? +

Not necessarily. For most service calls I bring everything I need. If new hardware is required, I'll let you know upfront and can recommend specific products or help you purchase the right ones before my visit.

Can you fix a computer that won't turn on? +

In many cases, yes. I'll diagnose the issue first to determine whether it's a software problem, a failed component, or a power issue. I'll always be upfront about whether a repair makes financial sense versus replacing the device.

How do I pay? +

I accept Zelle, Venmo, cash, or check. Payment is due upon completion of the work. For larger projects a 50% deposit may be required upfront.

What areas do you serve? +

I'm based in Old Bridge, NJ and primarily serve Middlesex, Monmouth, Ocean, and Union counties. If you're outside this area feel free to reach out — I may still be able to help depending on the location and scope of the work.
